Depending on the router, there are different locking plates and cutters, so configuration and prices may vary.

The template is made of anodized aluminum, the router is screwed directly onto the base plate and hooked into the guide profile.

Guide rail
The 80x40mm guide rail consists of 2 anodized aluminum profiles, each 150cm long, which are screwed together with profile connectors to a total length of 300cm. The router is hooked into the guide profile with the base plate. This means you can work safely and without getting tired.

Fastening
The guide profile can be attached either with screws or with lever clamps.

Lateral guidance
The side guide is set to the desired milling center distance.

The following routers can be used:

Profile milling cutter with interchangeable blades
The profile cutter has a cone shank ø20mm and is screwed directly into the cone of the router with a double-threaded nut.

Edits
The millings can be carried out on the top or on the front side.
