G. Ungrund GmbH is constructing a school building in Mönchengladbach with two classrooms and two differentiation rooms using solid timber construction. All eight modules were installed within a single day.
Thanks to the high degree of prefabrication, the subsequent interior fit-out could be continued quickly. The modules were connected with the innovative X-Fix connector, ensuring particularly fast assembly and maximum precision – all prefabricated components fit together with millimeter accuracy.
Planning was carried out by Modulplan GmbH. The production of the solid timber modules, including sophisticated panel processing, was entirely carried out in-house at the Ungrund Group's location.
Sustainable construction, high energy standards, and short construction times – the next project is already in planning.
